Gynecological care for children and adolescents requires sensitivity, accuracy, and trust. For girls of different ages - from infants to teenagers - it is essential that examinations feel calm and as stress-free as possible.

Together with the American Councils Emergency Fund for Ukraine, the Okhmatdyt is Healthy Childhood Foundation provided the pediatric and adolescent gynecology unit with a modern set of medical equipment. The delivery included an electric gynecological chair, a colposcope with a digital video system, and an examination light.

This equipment is more than technology. It gives doctors the tools to perform examinations, diagnostics, and treatment in a comfortable and respectful way - for both patients and medical staff. New equipment helps reduce stress for young patients and creates a safer, more predictable experience for families.

The need for this upgrade had existed for a long time. Outdated chairs and lighting no longer met modern standards or comfort needs. The new equipment improves the entire examination process, making it calmer for patients and more convenient for doctors - ultimately benefiting everyone involved.
