To add a new question and answer, follow these steps:

1. Click the 'Manage FAQ' button.

2. In your site's control panel, click Add, then select Q&A.

3. Each new question and answer must be assigned to the appropriate rubric.

4. Save and publish.

You can always edit your questions and answers, change their order and choose other sections.

Yes. To add a media file, follow these steps:

1. Go to the "Settings" section in the application.

2. Click on Manage FAQ.

3. Create or select a question to add a media file to.

4. When editing a reply, click on the video, image or GIF icon.

5. Add a media file from your library and save.

The title can be changed in the Settings tab in the app. If you don't want to display the header, simply uncheck the box next to the header under "Information to display".
