The Foundation’s Interests Successfully Defended in the Supreme Court

On October 2, 2025, the Supreme Court dismissed the cassation appeal filed by the Law Office “Kychenok Andrii” in the case concerning the recovery of alleged outstanding fees for services rendered. The Court upheld the position of the Charitable Foundation, finding that the claims were unfounded and went beyond the scope of the contractual relationship between the parties.

The Foundation continues its work on the reconstruction of the National Children’s Specialized Hospital “Okhmatdyt” and on fostering healthy childhood development in Ukraine.
