The charitable foundation "Ohmatdyt - is Healthy Childhood" with the assistance of the American Council on International Education Emergency Fund for Ukraine, delivered new medical equipment to the department of pediatric and adolescent gynecology of the NCSH "Ohmatdyt".
The set of modern medical equipment includes: a modern gynecological chair with an electric drive, a colposcope with a digital video system, and an inspection lamp.
Head of the department of pediatric and adolescent gynecology, Iryna GAVRYLOVA, says: "The department treats children from three months to 18 years old with various gynecological pathologies. The department provides both conservative and surgical treatment, and many diagnostic tests are performed. The new equipment is very modern, it has been needed in our department for a long time. Also, the new gynecological chair will increase the comfort of patients during treatments."
Representatives of the Fund's Supervisory Board - Yuriy GORBUNOV and Solomiya VITVITSKA - were present during the handover of medical equipment to the NCSH "Ohmatdyt". The representatives were met by the General Director of NCSH "Ohmatdyt" - Volodymyr Zhovnir, and the head of the department - Iryna GAVRYLOVA, who once again sincerely thanked for the supplied medical equipment, which the hospital has been waiting for so long!
The doctors also gave the guests a mini tour of the department, and talked about the urgent needs with which the СО charitable foundation "Ohmatdyt - is Healthy Childhood" could help in the future. Yuriy and Solomiya sincerely thanked the doctors for their daily difficult, but much-needed work to save the health of the children of Ukraine!
