Increase of Advance Payment for the Capital Renovation of the Okhmatdyt Medical and Diagnostic Complex

The National Children’s Specialized Hospital Okhmatdyt of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine submitted an official request to the Ohmatdyt is Healthy Childhood Charitable Foundation regarding the implementation of capital renovation works at the Medical and Diagnostic Complex, which was damaged as a result of the armed aggression of the russian federation.

According to the document, as of October 20, the signing of completion certificates had been delayed due to reasons beyond the contractor’s control. At the same time, Riola-Modul LTD confirmed its readiness to adhere to construction timelines and requested an increase of the advance payment to 40% of the project cost to ensure uninterrupted execution of the contract.

Important: The international engineering company Eptisa, acting as the employer’s representative funded by the World Bank, supported the increase in advance payment. This decision allows the reconstruction to maintain its pace and avoid delays.

The Foundation’s team promptly approved the decision and transferred an additional advance payment of UAH 17.5 million. This step guarantees that reconstruction works will continue without interruption.
